Christmas 2018 Delivery Times
To ensure you receive your order pre-Christmas, please note our following Christmas cut-off delivery dates:
UK - Order by 3pm December 21st
European - Order by 3pm December 12th
International - Order by 3pm December 1st
All orders placed before 3pm are guaranteed same day dispatch. Some orders after 3pm will also be dispatched same day but not guaranteed. Saturday and Sunday orders are dispatched the following Monday.
UK Delivery Time
We use a combination of Royal Mail and Parcelforce to delivery your order to you quickly and reliably. Smaller items are sent via Royal Mail First Class for next working day delivery, though this is not guaranteed. Larger items are sent via Parcelforce 24 and are guaranteed next working day.
If it is imperative that your order is delivered next day, including Saturdays, please get in touch prior to ordering.
Orders sent to Europe will take between 3 - 5 working days. Most orders are delivered via Parcelforce and tracking information will be sent.
All deliveries outside of Europe can take between 5 - 14 working days. We send orders to customers outside of the EU via DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid). Please note that due to Import and VAT in your respective country, you may be required to pay for clearance of the goods. You should contact your local authority for clarification on this.
We also cannot guarantee the delivery time due to delays that may occur during customs or weather.
In the event that you need to return an item, you have up to 14 days to notify us and a further 14 days to return.
Your order will come with a Sales Receipt which, at the bottom, will have a section explaining how to return your item, whether for a refund or an exchange. In both instances, you will need to notify us via either email - - or via phonecall - (+44) 01686640678.
Once we receive your return, we will send an acknowledgement email to you to confirm delivery. Exchanges will be carried out the same working day prior to 3pm for next day delivery. Refunds will be processed immediately but can take up to 30 days depending on your payment method, though this is unlikely.
**Please note that we regrettably cannot accept returns for personalised and bespoke orders.**
